Irene at the front desk truly went above and beyond, even at 3am, making our late arrival more manageable. The location was great, just steps from the sandy beach, and large rooms provided good comfort. nights were unsettling; strange noises and disruptions robbed us of rest. The cleanliness left something to be desired, and maintenance issues like broken headboards and a leaky shower were frustrating. Privacy was also a concern with inadequate window coverings, leaving us feeling exposed. Despite the friendly staff and amenities, we sadly didn't find the relaxation we sought.

Gorgeous venue, outstandingly accommodating staff. Separate rooms, excellent and marvellous breakfast. Tidy bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. Great pool, parking on site. Favourable location, a short walk to everywhere.

There were a living room and a settee in the room, loved that. Amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Great service, though a few employees were quite busy.

Our bed was a bit hard.

I couldn’t believe how thin the walls were—every little noise felt like it was right in our room! Plus, housekeeping barely cleaned and left us without proper towels. It was just an uncomfortable and frustrating stay overall.

It was great place for traveling to Fort Lauderdale, I was glad to stay there. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy for the kids to have fun in the sun. Plus, there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby that we enjoyed exploring.

My kids wished there were more beach amenities included.

The broken bed at Royal Palms Resort was a lovely surprise.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach. The room was spacious and contained a full kitchen, which was a nice touch. it felt damp and smelled musty. Temperature control was a significant issue; the AC ran constantly without cooling down. The bed in the second room was surprisingly comfortable, but we faced a delay with blankets. Service was prompt when we needed it, though the shower faucet broke and required assistance. Housekeeping was friendly, but there was a lack of washcloths during our stay. The decor was trendy, making the room visually appealing.
